Advancing Ethiopian-Israeli students toward excellence tracks in the education system

Be’atzmenu provides academic support, private tutoring, parent guidance, and community partnership through a professional, warm, and grounded educational approach.

Our mission

To open pathways to excellence through consistent work with students, parents, and community

We work so that Ethiopian-Israeli students receive the tools, guidance, and support they need to participate in advanced educational tracks with confidence and continuity.

What we do

A practical support model that connects school, home, and community

Private tutoring tailored to need

Each student receives private lessons in the subjects they need most, based on academic needs and goals defined together with the family.

Parent guidance and educational involvement

Parents receive one-on-one guidance designed to strengthen their involvement in their children’s studies and deepen their role in the educational process.

Community partnership on the path to excellence

The association works from within the community and alongside families to create a meaningful path into excellence tracks in the education system.

Impact in numbers

The program is still in its early stage, with clear and measurable growth goals

The pilot began in the 2025–2026 school year, and the groundwork is already being built for expansion to more families, more students, and additional cities.

Community partnership

Parents are active partners in the process, and the community is part of its foundation

Be’atzmenu sees parent involvement as a key condition for sustained academic progress, and therefore combines personal guidance, ongoing dialogue, and shared responsibility.

Parent guidance is meant to strengthen involvement, school connection, and the ability to support children between lessons.

A family contribution of 30 NIS per lesson reflects shared commitment, while the association subsidizes the remaining cost.

The work is built on trust, close familiarity with families, and ongoing dialogue with the community.

Give with impact

Help expand the program to more students and families

Your support helps Be’atzmenu continue subsidizing private tutoring, strengthen parent engagement, and grow responsibly toward the next stage of expansion.
